At Pomegranate, we refer to ourselves as a gourmet marketplace. The quality of our store-made foods is unmatched and the caliber of our goods is impeccable. From the unique store layout and design to the appetizers and entrees, we truly are beyond compare. The best part about Pomegranate is the friendly and helpful staff, both in and out of the store.
In addition to our complete line of all-natural homemade foods that contain no preservatives, we’ve also thought of minor details like placing hand sanitizers in our aisles and making the aisles wide enough for two shopping carts. We believe grocery shopping should be an experience, not a chore.
We go above and beyond the standard supermarket experience, offering daily fresh fish, exquisite cuts of meat, hardwood flooring, lights that don’t hurt your eyes, over 25 feet of take out counters and valet parking that puts your groceries into your car.
We’ve turned the chore of grocery shopping into an adventure to take back home and tell your friends about. Need a particularly hard to find marinating sauce? Ask a staff member for a hand. If we don’t carry it, we love to hear your suggestions and hope to have it on our shelves soon.
Pomegranate is an old-fashioned “mom and pop” store at heart. We care about the same things you care about — family, friends and community — and it shows in every product we put on our shelves, every service we extend and every charitable project we undertake.
Our commitment to fresh, all natural and healthy foods stems from our commitment to the industry. It took nearly a year of research to build Pomegranate, New York City’s finest gourmet marketplace, and we are constantly building on the quality of service and variety of products that we offer.
Other fruits and vegetables have dozens of different varieties. There are McIntosh apples, Red Delicious apples, and Granny Smiths -- but there’s only one Pomegranate.
No variations.
No substitutes.
Nothing comparable.
